Took Jeep in for repairs with dashboard warning lights on and making funny sound. They took it in and supposedly gave it to an “engine expert” to troubleshoot. Decided it needed a tire speed sensor to fix bo and making funny sound. They took it in and supposedly gave it to an “engine expert” to troubleshoot. Decided it needed a tire speed sensor to fix both issues. After not getting a call about status followed up and was told all done and it was test driven with no noise issues. I was not a mile from dealer and it was making that same noise. On prior visit they failed to put the new inspection sticker on windshield and had to have that done. After two bad visits decided never to return there again. Took Jeep elsewhere to be repaired. They lost a 13 year customer. A month later found out dealership was sold. So that might be the issue. I was unhappy I had to bring my vehicle back 4 time , , I had to pay the warranty deductible twice when the issue should have been fix. My experience would have been TERRIBLE, but Jack in the service department saved the day. He should be moved up to the ladder. The department manager never reached back to me, and the other service tech na service department saved the day. He should be moved up to the ladder. My 2020 Ram 1500 broke down with 30K miles and I had to get it towed to the dealer. This is after I already called the dealership in advance and they said to bring it. David/Daniel called later and told me they wouldn’t even be able to LOOK at my truck to see what’s wrong for a few WEEKS. Then he wouldn’t even help coordinate with another dealership or anything, when I was told by their employee to bring my truck for service in Greenbrier. So I reached out to management twice and left a voicemail, no response. Then I decided to go to the dealership myself and that’s when I spoke with Jack. He was shocked with how my case was handled, and he said my truck wasn’t even in the system. But my keys were just sitting on the other employees desk. So Jack took my case. He called me the next day and said my truck was ready to go, it was a broken valve spring rod and his technician got a new one installed. Jack and his crew are the ONLY reason for this 5-Star rating. I did not expect nor demand my truck to be fixed within a day, but I did expect to be treated with some respect and common courtesy. Jack did all the above, and he’s a great person. More
