This was my first service since purchasing my Jeep in July. Came in for an oil change and they suggested I get a tire rotation. Got home and noticed all the tires were not fully inflated. A couple days l July. Came in for an oil change and they suggested I get a tire rotation. Got home and noticed all the tires were not fully inflated. A couple days later all the tires had low air pressure. My husband and I go to put air in the tires and all the caps are loose. I’m just confused about their tire rotation process. I could’ve got my tires rotated, inspected and fully inflated locally instead of driving way across town to get mediocre services. More

Lojack and associated maintenance programs DO NOT WORK on my Lexus since I've owned the car (3 months) and I have taken my concerns to them multiple times.
