Charged 160 for a diagnostic I think that's way over priced. Told my wife what was wrong and told her it was 800 to replace a 3 way coolant valve, again way over priced she declined the service as I wil priced. Lastly after her truck was returned it had developed a bad smell coming from the air vents like something had died in it. She takes very good care of her truck its never had anything stinky it or ever been smoked in. Returned back to the dealer after not getting an answer on the phone a couple days later to be told sorry about your luck we didn't do anything to your truck didn't work on it. That's a lie they drove it were in her truck and performed the diagnostic on it. We will not use them ever again for anything and will advise all we know to do the same. More

service manager lied to us and when we talked to the front end manager she told us she would investigate and contact us back, which was a lie as well. they screwed up service on our vehicle our both tri front end manager she told us she would investigate and contact us back, which was a lie as well. they screwed up service on our vehicle our both trips there, and to us this seems like common practice with all kinds of excuses. i know i talked to the service manager and another person calling themselves a "sales manager" and sh said she would definatley pass this to upper management. a service manager yelling over a customer with lies is not acceptable to the customer.
