Monica Medlin told me the Mechanic couldn"'t find the trouble. But he turn the engine light off > Monica ask me if I could leave the vehicle , I said I will need a ride home. Monica called Enterprise re trouble. But he turn the engine light off > Monica ask me if I could leave the vehicle , I said I will need a ride home. Monica called Enterprise rental and ask if they had a car for us drive. Enterprise said they did not have a loaner ,But took my cell phone number and name saided they would call me. This was Nov 16, 2021. Monica tells me to go ahead and drive the car home and when enterprise gets a car I could bring the truck back Matt could do further test on it because it had a intermittent problem. So on Nov 17, 2021 I call Monica and told her I had made a reservation for a car at Enterprise, and I could bring the truck back down to dealership. Everything she told me on the 16th had changed. No integrity what so ever. More
