The personnel are very friendly and commutative. After being serviced I was traveling out of town and ended up on the side of the road. Had to bring my vehicle to Luskine Chrysler to have it serviced beca being serviced I was traveling out of town and ended up on the side of the road. Had to bring my vehicle to Luskine Chrysler to have it serviced because Southern forgot to tighten the brake line after replacing the hydraulic brake system. I was unnecessarily put in a bad position while traveling. Also have brought it in twice now to have serviced for the start stop system which has not been repaired. My family buys all our cars from southern and I hope the service department improves otherwise we may have to purchase our next vehicle somewhere else. More

I think my techs name was Barbara and she was very professional and polite. She asked was I dropping off vehicle or was I going to wait. After she informed me that my wait would be approximately one h professional and polite. She asked was I dropping off vehicle or was I going to wait. After she informed me that my wait would be approximately one hour or one and a half hours, I decided to wait for my vehicle. True to the fact, it was approximately 1 hour later when she called and informed me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Awesome!!! More
