2017 Dodge Journey repair Our Dodge Journey rear heat/AC controls stopped working. Made an appt and before we could drop it off, the car developed an airbag light. Added that Our Dodge Journey rear heat/AC controls stopped working. Made an appt and before we could drop it off, the car developed an airbag light. Added that to the ticket. Used the after hours drop. We were called the next day to let us know parts needed to be ordered. Repairs should be completed the bext day. They arranged a rental car which was very nice. They also repaired/replaced a recall item. With the warranty period ending in s few months, they did a bumper to bumper check and oil change as well. Very pleased with the service we received. More

Excellent service by Emily Gaite I came to get my annual inspection in my car and when I checked in Emily let me know it would be about an hour and a half. I told her that was longer I came to get my annual inspection in my car and when I checked in Emily let me know it would be about an hour and a half. I told her that was longer that I had expected based on the appointment I made online and that I can never get in to utuilize my free oil changes because it takes so long at the dealership to have that completed and I can never reach anyone in the service department. Emily gave me her personal number so that I can contact her directly and schedule my services with her. Furthermore she got my car moved up faster than expected for its inspection and I was done in less than an hour. She was extremely friendly and great to work with! Thanks Emily! More
