I asked about where my car was two-and-a-half hours later. They finally found the problem and released it three hours later. I talked to the manager who said it's just how they do things. I think they need to rethink how they handle looking up prices. They should go out and talk to the customer before they ever "look up prices." Three hours to get a simple "free" oil change. Unbelievable! More
