I cant express how grateful I am for the above and beyond experience that this team, especially Renee and the young mechanic (Im sorry I dont have his name!) who helped me gave a first time customer in a ver experience that this team, especially Renee and the young mechanic (Im sorry I dont have his name!) who helped me gave a first time customer in a very difficult time. After a run around from where I bought my car and in a major need to return home to my Grandmother to see her one last time, I was told Hyundai had to fix it as it was under manufacturer warranty. Renee was amazing in helping to figure everything out and being so understanding and empathetic! He went above and beyond to see what could be done to have the car completed and ready for me to pick up the night before we needed to leave. The young mechanic offered to stay on overtime to make sure it was complete! Renee even made his way back to meet me after already being off work to make sure all was set! I cant thank them enough as it made it possible to see both my grandparents one last time and really showed some human compassion!! Thank you!! ❤️ More

I don’t like the waiting time, I was at Southern for my appointment on time and I was there practically four hours and all they did was a diagnostic test. Katelin was good except upon billing I was told $1 appointment on time and I was there practically four hours and all they did was a diagnostic test. Katelin was good except upon billing I was told $1200 and I had to pay a part they didn’t have final bill was $917.67 the part is just a back door latch, I wanted to pay for the actual service that was done, also the LKA and high beam assist signs were showing on my dashboard and it still is the same so after 4 hours nothing was practically done.
