I had a 7:30AM appointment to have my oil changed and had let them know that I would be waiting for it. They did not touch the car for over an hour and I was there almost 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. That let them know that I would be waiting for it. They did not touch the car for over an hour and I was there almost 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. That is ridiculous. Also we had some warranty work done here and my husband had to drive to the dealership to get an update on the car because no one ever answer the phone or called him back. This went on for over two weeks. Their customer service in the service department is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. I will never buy another vehicle from the dealership because of how awful the service department is. More
