Tie rod replaced, then alignment performed. Steering wheel is crooked. Brought to have corrected and have been told by shop forman "can't be fixed, there something going on under there". Vehicle never wreck haven't been told what is going on under there. I will take and get a 2nd opinion if problem is corrected, I would like a refund on the alignment charge. I feel alignment wasn't performed correct or there maybe a problem with car or alignment machine. More

The staff is friendly and professional however, my experience was not up to par. I came in for 9 o’clock appointment on the oil change. Upon arrival I asked was there any other maintenance that needs experience was not up to par. I came in for 9 o’clock appointment on the oil change. Upon arrival I asked was there any other maintenance that needs to be done to the car, it was advised that a maintenance need to be done which should’ve been done at 25,000 miles. This means the car should’ve been service before I bought it however I’ve asked the gentleman to go ahead and do the maintenance that needs to be done. He quoted me a price and I was there for two hours thinking I was getting that service. Once I got to check out after two hours only thing was done Was the oil change. no additional maintenance was done. More
