As part of Certified Preowned program when I bought my vehicle service had a few items to fix before delivery. Delivery was delayed due to needing new tires, 2nd key, and LoJack installed. 1st time tire vehicle service had a few items to fix before delivery. Delivery was delayed due to needing new tires, 2nd key, and LoJack installed. 1st time tires were replaced with 4 dry rotted tires. Low Jack still does not work 4 weeks later as it still shows under dealer code and key had been ordered 3 times. When I arrived to program the key the third time I had to make another appt to be inconvenienced to program it. You can never reach service or parts by phone. Nobody answers. Worst experience in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More

Terrible customer service center. Brought in a punctured tire on a Rim, had to wait 2 days for it to be ready, then they tried to charge me $100 more than they quoted. They would not mount it for me, told me it would be two more days. I am very concerned if I ever have a serious issue with this car and what it will take to get it fixed. Also the cashier couldn't find my paperwork twice, so I just took the tire from where it was sitting, re mounted it on my car drove away without paying just to make sure all the TPMS lights would go off, then I returned because of my conscious and there was a different cashier who promptly found the paperwork right on the desk. BTW, the two other customers that were also waiting for service told me that this was the worst service department ever. Sheesh. More
