Chris the owner from SouthFork Dodge called me to inform me that they had made a few changes in order to increase customer service. He was very sincere and takes customer service serious. I decided to give them another chance and brought my car in for service. I had my oil changed and a Dodge PMC reprogram recall done. I must say, the experience was great!
