Made things right... I had a bad experience with this dealer in the past, but they made things right. Chris the owner from SouthFork Dodge called me to inform me that th I had a bad experience with this dealer in the past, but they made things right. Chris the owner from SouthFork Dodge called me to inform me that they had made a few changes in order to increase customer service. He was very sincere and takes customer service serious. I decided to give them another chance and brought my car in for service. I had my oil changed and a Dodge PMC reprogram recall done. I must say, the experience was great! Frank in service made it quick to get in and out and made sure I was satisfied. I will be back and look forward to dealing with them, that’s what everyone wants in a dealership. Thanks Chris. More

We got a great deal and everyone was so nice when we came back to pick up our Jeep and sign the paperwork. We had to bring our 2 year old son with us the second time which can sometimes be a challenge but everyone was so nice and interacted with our son to keep him busy and happy. Interacting and being nice to my son when we have to bring him somewhere is so important to me and everyone at Southfork was amazing and made it feel like a family experience. We will definitely be coming back when it’s time for our next vehicle. More

So far so good! I have been looking for a Lexus IS 350 for over a year and when I found one at South Fork I was eager to check it out. I had to stay close to home at the time and Frank put together the entire proposal over email & text. He and Jordan even drove the car out to me about 2 hours from the dealership so I could test drive it. They were by far the best car salesman/financing manager I have ever dealt with. (And I have purchased over 8 cars). I had a few concerns so we have not yet sealed the deal, but they never pressured me to do so during our "off-site" test drive meeting. So far they have been outstanding and I think it will be worth the drive this weekend to finalize it all. Thanks you Frank & Jordan. More
