car salespeople cynic in my 45 years, I've had more bad dealership experiences than can be imagined. I went into this dealership because I needed a truck and I couldn't kic in my 45 years, I've had more bad dealership experiences than can be imagined. I went into this dealership because I needed a truck and I couldn't kick the can down the road any longer. I had heard good things but was still apprehensive. when I first walked into the dealership it was a bit eerie because everyone seemed to be pleasant but not over the top "sales tactic" nice. I met Bobby, he was down to earth and more focused on giving me info then asking those typical salesperson probing questions. He ignored my cynicism and simply answered my questions. I left the dealership without making a purchase but knowing what I wanted. I returned and Bobby remembered me and again listened to me. I did my research so I was set on the range and how much I was willing to pay for the truck I wanted. We settled on a price without all the running in and out, tacky negotiation tactics and I bought the truck. I was so amazed and pleased with the experience, I went back about 4 months later to buy my son a jeep. while looking at the Jeep I wanted to buy, Bobby grabbed my truck keys and had a porter detail and wash my truck while I was sitting in his office. Again, above and beyond service without the underhanded tacky salesman tactics. I am a customer for life and would send or recommend the dealership and Bobby to any of my friends and family. If you rightsize your expectations on the value of what you are looking to purchase, and are realistic based on the market. you will be pleased with the Dealership as well and Bobby. Also, you need to know that all vehicles purchased here have a LIFETIME power-train warranty! the warranty can be used at any approved ASE certified mechanic anywhere in the country. So for all you die Hard Diesel people....ever have to replace a set of injectors, transfer case, transmission or gears? Think about it, you can put 1 million miles on your diesel engine and if ANYTHING in the power-train wears out or breaks, it is covered with no deductible or out of pocket repair expense. More

(side note this order was not placed because they did not have Jeep inventory, we were looking for very specific features that are not specifically added in our area i.e. cold weather items) Patrick Riley was the internet sales director I had first contact with and he was pleasant and very knowledge. There was never any pressure at all. Marco Compena the New Car Sales Manager made sure we had everything we were wanting in the vehicle and took the time to explain the process of ordering a vehicle versus purchasing one from inventory. In the mean time we received an email from the owner Chris Godwin just checking in to be sure we were getting everything we needed. After everything was set we met Troy Ashcraft, a sales advisor, to write up the paperwork which took no time at all. Although we were working with 3 different employees at different times they somehow made it feel seamless. I am excited to follow up with another 5 star review when the Jeep arrives in a few weeks.
