(side note this order was not placed because they did not have Jeep inventory, we were looking for very specific features that are not specifically added in our area i.e. cold weather items) Patrick Riley was the internet sales director I had first contact with and he was pleasant and very knowledge. There was never any pressure at all. Marco Compena the New Car Sales Manager made sure we had everything we were wanting in the vehicle and took the time to explain the process of ordering a vehicle versus purchasing one from inventory. In the mean time we received an email from the owner Chris Godwin just checking in to be sure we were getting everything we needed. After everything was set we met Troy Ashcraft, a sales advisor, to write up the paperwork which took no time at all. Although we were working with 3 different employees at different times they somehow made it feel seamless. I am excited to follow up with another 5 star review when the Jeep arrives in a few weeks. Buying with Ease and peace of mind! I stumbled upon Southfork a few months ago when searching for a vehicle for my daughter. I met Bobby Parker and he showed us what he had available at the time. I was looking for something used and didn't have a huge budget. Though we didn't find anything that day, he continued to look for something that would suit us and he kept in contact. He also explained the unique and attractive things that Southfork has to offer such as the lifetime powertrain warranty on used vehicles and even the fact that the sales associates do not work on commission (the reason for my surprise when he was so attentive to our needs). I did not purchase a vehicle for my daughter at that time however recently I found myself in the market. I decided to call Bobby first just to see what he might have available. As I described what I was looking for he immediately had two options for me to check out. We scheduled an appointment a few days later, the first vehicle he showed me was exactly what I was hoping to find, a Ford Expedition, which I love because of the space it provides. It had a few more miles on it than what I was hoping to find but the price was good and it seemed to be a clean and well kept vehicle. They sent me home in it so that I could get a good feel for it, which allowed me to drive it at night so that I could see what the lights would be like on the dash as well as the road. I find that some newer vehicles have too many lights on the dash which is distracting at night. I found it extremely comfortable! The only reservation I had was the mileage but with the lifetime powertrain warranty that covers all the BIG stuff I decided to see what we could work out. When I went back, Bobby couldn't be there so Marcus stepped right in. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, secured my financing with a fair interest rate and there wasn't a lot of back and forth like I have found at MOST dealers. I was then handed over to Alex to go thru all the paperwork and walk me through the warranty info. Everyone that I spoke with was friendly and efficient. Bobby has checked in with me since the purchase to see how things are going. It was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had and this is the 7th vehicle I've purchased. I am loving my new ride!! Thank you Bobby and Southfork! I have already started recommending them to friends! More
