Bobby was very cool, and to be honest, sounded more like a football coach than a sleazy car salesman. There was NO pressure and didn't even try to push me into a new car! I took a look at the inventory on the lot and began to fall in love, but did not move further immediately, but warranty for life had me interested . All in all, this was one of the best car experiences I I've had out of my 6 vehicle purchases for my wife and I.. even the finance guy was nice and not pushy. There was one guy who came in to talk numbers who made me uncomfortable and made me feel Like I was at any other dealership, talking fast and moving numbers around like a Vegas dealer. Being very impatient and hot tempered, I almost collected my car keys and went home. Ultimately I purchased the truck of my dreams and one week later, I saw my old car on their website for 2k more than they bought it for...however, that car was about to need some work so I feel it was a fair offer. When the time comes, I'll buy mor cars from these folks. More
