Today is my 3rd trip here for the same problem. The first was a routine oil change and a noise coming around a belt. New serpentine belt installed still heard the noise on leaving but in my ignoran The first was a routine oil change and a noise coming around a belt. New serpentine belt installed still heard the noise on leaving but in my ignorance thought may the belt need its set or circulate then the noise would be gone. This took place in the svc check in where the advisor was sitting. After a week I called Sami and told him I still heard the noise. He said we let the customer drive it for a week or so to see if the noise goes away. So back to the dealer. Now the noise is a tensioner which is probably qhat is was in the first place. Did I need a belt????. Of course with the tensioner we have to replace the water pump. Can't fix it today as we don't have the tensioner in stock. So here I am the next day to have it fixed hopefully for the last time. More
