Sami Alhage was extremely helpful and efficient with our full-service oil change. My husband and I were told we didn't need an appointment, and we were in and out within 30 minutes. We have previously dealt with Ford and Nissan, but we have never experienced the same level of expertise and customer service. I will be coming back to Genthe Honda and Sami for all of my car needs. The service department is very customer friendly. The manager makes sure you are happy with what the mechanics are going to do. He will work with you on the price, He explained everything that needed t manager makes sure you are happy with what the mechanics are going to do.
