Service writer was condescending, serviced twice for same issue, still not fixed, their fix was to Put used radio in my new car, was told that was my warranty. Tried to talk to manager connected to service w issue, still not fixed, their fix was to Put used radio in my new car, was told that was my warranty. Tried to talk to manager connected to service writer/advisor. Was told would receive call by end of the day on Monday with a plan. It’s Thursday no call!! Resorted to calling American Honda!! Waiting!!!! Needless to say very disappointed More
