I was so very impressed by the outstanding Customer Service offered by Mike Hayner in Southgate. He made sure that, in addition to the drive shaft recall issue being inspected and fixed by the mechani Service offered by Mike Hayner in Southgate. He made sure that, in addition to the drive shaft recall issue being inspected and fixed by the mechanic (who also is very personable), the loose, flopping rubber on my my windshield wipers was replaced. He did that himself. I had bought my Honda Fit used and didn't know that the wiper blades weren't Honda's brand, so it wasn't an easy thing to do, but he wanted me to be driving safely. Earlier, Mike was friendly, professional and very helpful on the phone when I made my appointment. I cannot say enough to tell you how much this high caliber of excellence meant to me! Also, the waiting room is very comfortable with beverage, snack and restroom amenities, so my wait was no problem. And I was given a free car wash token with no expiration! Thank you; this is the best Auto Dealership I have ever come to in my 66 years! More
Steve was great, I would recommend this place for your service needs. The only bad side was one of the painters was exposed to covid.
