This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever bought and serviced a car at.
I'll try to make it quick...I bought my car new from southlake and took it there for every singly service needed until my incidents happened. So I like synthetic oil, I asked them to put synthetic oil in my car and they didn't. Not a big deal, the first time. After I asked the service writer to make a note on the oil, it happened a second time, right after I told him to make note of it....and then it happened 3 more times, even after asking them to add the notes I still told them to do synthetic and even telling them to their face, they couldn't get it done.
After trying to reconcile the issues and getting no help from management, I called nissan directly to complain and never went back to the store.
Fast forward to now, I had to go to that dealer for service, it was something my other shop couldn't do. As soon as I walk in the service magager, yes the manager starts in with me. He said, "last time you were here you said you we were xxxx and a crap place and you were never coming back". This manager acted like a teenager, he was mad because i called him out on what he did. Only a child would react that way, a man would have said, well maybe I can fix my mistakes now. Nope!
So long story short, NEVER buy a car here but if you do, at least have it serviced elsewhere.
