Continuous lies It is disappointing that your dealership responds to issues here meant for other customers to be wary with more lies. Please don't tell people that your GM reaches out to dissatisfied customers when he recieved over 5 voicemails and never once returned a call. He has no care when customers have issues nor tries to take advantage of simple methods to fix the matter. Your dealership should not blame a phone for a defective truck, when your own paperwork multiple times says you recreated the same errors. I have used 4 different phones and yet the truck system fails I. The same way your technician noted previously. More
