Car buying can be very stressful but we have always had a good experience with Southtowne. The sales people are not pushy and listen to what you want. After checking out various models and options, we bought a 2017 Buick Envision last week. We worked with Ronnie Stancill who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was professional, not at all pushy and listened carefully to what I was looking for. He did not try to pressure me into buying something on the lot that did not meet my needs. They did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot but he found one elsewhere and had it delivered to Southtowne. He has been very responsive to us to answer questions even after we took possession of the car. We got a very fair price on the Envision - less than what other dealers were charging nearby. Scott Frizzell was adept at getting us financing at a great rate and finding some coupons for discounts. The whole staff - everyone we came in contact with - was very friendly. I highly recommend Southtowne Motors! Also, for over 16 years we have had all of our car maintenance work done at Southtowne. They provide excellent service, do quality work, and the waiting area is always clean. You get assigned a service coordinator when you bring the car in and Larry Rooker has been taking great care of us all these years. They are honest and provide you estimates prior to the work.
