Willing to work for a deal! I found that the sales team (salesman, used car values man, and the supervisor staff) to be easy to deal with. An additional pleasure was the finance staff (Scott). He made this whole thing very slick indeed! I had a less than stellar initial experience with the service department delivery, however. The gentleman I dealt with was fine-very courteous-but unable to deliver what had been promised. I was assured that I'd purchased bumper to bumper warranty protection at purchase. I picked up a nail on my 4th day of ownership. When I showed up to have the tire repaired, I was made aware that I had no warranty on my tires, that the repair would cost $19.95, and that it would be a minimum of 1.5 hours to complete. I had a hard commitment that afternoon, and that wasn't going to do at all! I contacted my usual tire supplier (Kaufman's). He could do the repair while I waited and IT WOULD BE FREE!?! That was an easy choice to make! I hope that this is not a symptom of business as usual at Southtowne. I feel that the purchased promises of 'bumper to bumper' were over represented and under delivered so far!! More

I must say that they have patience which is what you need as a sales rep at a car dealership. It is quite a lot to purchase a new car; a lot financially and emotionally because you are in this vehicle for quite sometime. So, this is not a fly by night decision, and luckily Southtowne employ's that right kind of sales representative. Like Mr.. Daniel Shoaeseged who is patient, knowledgeable and represents Southtowne admirably. We refer all friends and family and will be back again for Car number 9 in the future.
