I prefer to go to southtowne than another location since this is where we bought this vehicle. First time buying new tires for it. I barely drive my car. Tires were needed badly as well as an alignment. Had oil change done too. I waited in wait area which I didn't mind at all. I was informed of what was going on during service of my vehicle. When it was ready it was clean from the car wash and I can completely feel the difference when I drove it. The drive felt much smoother and the truck feels higher. I am satisfied with my purchase and getting my vehicle serviced at Southtowne. More
