wheel lock wrench I was buying a new set of tires for my used Genesis and The tire place and I were unable to locate the wheel lock wrench. The people at the service center were very kind and took my auto right in and took the locks off the car and replace them with regular steel lugs. My parents, who are in their 70's, purchased a car from here a couple of years ago, and the sales men and women have always been available to answer questions and assist them with anything from setting up my mother's phone to showing her what each "button" does (sometimes answering the same question multiple times). The General Manager, Charlie, was extremely patient and took time with her to make her feel comfortable buying a car with all of the "new technology" she did not know how to use. I recently purchased the new Palisade and had several questions for which Scott, my salesman, provided honest feedback. If he wasn't 100% sure of the answer, he did his homework, got details and confirmed that what he was telling me was accurate. I cannot express how much I appreciate his willingness to tell me if he needed time to find out instead of telling me what he "thought" was the answer or what I wanted to hear. Ultimately, the honesty and integrity of the team at this dealership was my deciding factor for my selection of both brand and location. More

I'm happy to say that Southtowne made things right in the end and honored our original agreement by taking an extra $700 off the vehicle price in lieu of waving the admin fee. In addition, I was wrong about the the disposition fee bit after talking with the GM Charlie after I drove off, it actually normally wouldn't have been waved since I wasn't financing through HMF, so my apologies to Richard in finance on that one. Drove off happy today with a great deal, thanks to Becky for her great attitude and patience throughout. More

He was in a hurry and didn’t really pay attention to what I was saying. He was rushing because he was trying to make dinner with his wife. I was very annoyed, but then Tommy came in and saved the day. He talked to me about trading my car in and he really listened to what I wanted. Lucky for Tommy, he swooped in and got a sale because I left with a purchase of a brand new Tucson Value. I am so happy with it and I would definitely recommend Tommy to anyone. He was amazing!! More
