Two items: 1. They tried to sell me a used Veloster with ~45 to 50k miles on it for more than a new one of the same trim. 2. BUYERS BEWARE…my wife purchased a brand new Hyundai sonata in 2021, after the FIRST Hyundai Santa fe she had that the transmission went out within 2 years. At less than 15k miles it left her on the sid sonata in 2021, after the FIRST Hyundai Santa fe she had that the transmission went out within 2 years. At less than 15k miles it left her on the side of the road because of bad fuel injectors. ( the brand new Hyundai sonata) Okay, things happen, they fixed it under warranty. Fast forward to about 40k miles on the car and her car shuts down, can’t accelerate because of the same issue. Fuel injectors. She’s 8 months pregnant and left on the side of the road in the middle of the summer because the SAME problem that left her stranded the first time. The dealership tells me that they will try to get her car in the same day to take a look but can’t give her a rental until they diagnose it. After 5 hours of waiting they finally said yes, that they would give her a loaner in the meantime. Fixed under warranty yes, but having to fix the same issue twice on a car with less than 50k miles is insane. Amber weaver, in service was the only one to seem empathetic on making this situation right. Learn from our mistakes. After 2 vehicles bought here we have definitely learned ours. More

My worst encounter with a car dealership: Southtown Hyundai in Newnan. Stay away! Incompetent service department. Second visit for an oil change led to a massive oil spill on my driveway due to a forgotten cap. They towed it back, redid the oil change, but engine cleaning chemicals damaged my front bumper. Shockingly, they initially blamed me, only admitting fault after presenting evidence. They refuse responsibility, shifting blame onto customers for their own mistakes. Stay cautious! More

Poor customer svc. Went in for oil change, Front end alignment (car pulling slightly to the rt.) and rotation. I told the svc lady about it, Her exact words "Oh you didn't get the detail package" She then tried to wipe it off with her hand. I told the idiot to stop. WTH!!! Also the front end clearly was not done...only the rotation the slight pull I had to the right is now the exact pull I have to the left. Definitely will not return or purchase from them again. The worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They said my 2016 tucson had a blown engine($14,000 to repair) and then very much wanted me to trade in and buy another car. After asking for the diagnostic repirt of blown engine all they would offer me was a copy of my receipt. After not finding a suitable car to buy I took my tucson elsewhere and then found out it was a cylinder issue, only $4000 to repair. My guess is either they were trying to scam me in trade and make a sale, or their service department is incompetent. If you want a manager to assist in customer service, then you just get a lecture on how you don't understand anything about cars! If you want to be treated arrogantly and rudely then this is the place to go!! More

Bought extended bumper to bumper 100k warranty. Show 2 videos of an issue with car. Computer not showing codes. Mechanic states ..what am I supposed to do replace all 500 sensors. Service manager states leave car for undetermined period of time, no loaner and would be charged diagnostic fees until they could locate the issue. States if they had a loaner it would go to one of the cars that has been there for over 100 days. This is my 4th new car bought from this dealer and it will be my last! More

Very professional and curious. They called me and told me that my car had a recall and fixed it the same day. This was so unlike other vehicles I have owned.
