Poor Communication Did not care for the lack of communication regarding my vehicle. I had to bring in my 3 month old new car for service because of an issue with the tr Did not care for the lack of communication regarding my vehicle. I had to bring in my 3 month old new car for service because of an issue with the transmission. I was already devastated that my new car wasn't working properly only to have a lack of communication from the service department make me even more anxious. I called to find out that a new transmission was ordered for my car. The girl that answered the phone told me someone would call me the next day. Next day - no call. When I called back, they seemed aggravated. I finally got an estimated date for the work to be completed on my car. A week and a half later, the service department left a message that my car was ready. I went to pick it up and paid for my oil change (because they wouldn't honor my free oil change from another dealership), was handed the keys and pointed to my car. No explanation, no test drive, just cut loose (and the vehicle was left a little dirty). I walked back to ask why the transmission had to be replaced, but my "service" account rep was on vacation and the employee that was there didn't know anything since she had 30-40 tickets of her own and I wasn't one of them. She said she would have the service manager call me the next day. Next day - no call. I don't know why the transmission had to be replaced and I don't know if it will happen again. I do know have zero confidence in the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle, their service department, Southwest Kia's service department and the Kia Brand. Think I will trade it in for a Ford. More

Great service staff at all levels. I started taking a used Kia there, sort of to "test drive" the service department, anticipating the purchase of a new car in the next year or so, They I started taking a used Kia there, sort of to "test drive" the service department, anticipating the purchase of a new car in the next year or so, They have always been helpful, never tried to sell me unnecessary services, and performed the work in a reasonable amount of time. I, Sept 2015 I purchased a new Soul from them. The only service so far has been routine oil changes, but always processed well. More
Maintenance I took my car in for maintenance as my dashboard was lighting up, given my car was only 6 weeks old. Carlos from Service Dept took the time to look in I took my car in for maintenance as my dashboard was lighting up, given my car was only 6 weeks old. Carlos from Service Dept took the time to look into it and gave me status update after the holiday weekend. He explained to me why my dashboard happened the way it did. When it was ready for pick up, I asked how late I can pick up my car. He said he was only going to be onsite till 6 and I had mentioned that I leave work at 5:30 and it was going to take me 45-60 mins to get there, he said if I was going to come in after 6 to let him know and he was going to stay and wait for me. I thought that was going above and beyond for customer service. As far as I can remember, whenever I take my car for service, Carlos would be the one to take care of everything and advice me accordingly if my car needed something done. SW Kia of Mesquite is lucky to have him on your staff. More

Great experience. I took my truck for a routine maintenance and the service was done well, people are very friendly as usual, Gary is very nice and Ivan is super , I re I took my truck for a routine maintenance and the service was done well, people are very friendly as usual, Gary is very nice and Ivan is super , I really recommend this place, all the areas are super clean, you always have hot coffee, that's awesome. One thing you owe me a car wash, usually I get one, but this time you forget. Thanks for your service. More
