Always get an attitude from here despite being polite and just trying to order parts. Tried to get a quote on rounded screw repair and got told it would be $89 just to see it. If that’s the cost to see it, I don’t even want to know what they’d charge for the fix. Well, I managed to fix it with some elbow grease for free. Better off doing your own repairs if you don’t want them to take you for everything they can. More
