This was the first dealership I was willing to work with after trying several. I was able to get accurate price and trade in numbers through email, expediting the whole process. We had a great same-day buying experience at Falcone. Nick was prompt and professional. I have been to many dealerships in the past and came to expect the salespeople to be concerned more about how much Nick was prompt and professional. We made a phone call at 10:30 for 11 AM appointment. Took a test drive on our own right away. Came back in to do business, and drove home our new Outback by about 3PM. We highly recommend Falcone.
