From the moment I arrived the staff was working hard to make sure that we were comfortable and that our needs were being met. I was actually coming by to pick up a leased company vehicle and you would have make sure that we were comfortable and that our needs were being met. Great customer service! There was a minor miscommunication between staff about the car I agreed to purchase between the day I test drove the vehicle and the day I signed the paperwork. Long story short, the car I wanted was sold to another customer. The sales staff and management went above and beyond to make the situation right. I was offered a car with more options for the same price. This was my second purchase from Falcone and I can guarantee that I will not buy a Subaru from any other dealer in the future!! More
