I am very impressed by Falcone and my sales contact, Nick. After doing some research, I used their website to set up an appointment to visit and let them know what I was interested in. Nick let me know the day before my appointment that the Forester I had wanted had just been sold, but he had another one ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Though it wasn't exactly what I wanted, it was close and he quickly found one that matched my needs at another dealership and got it quickly transferred to Falcone. When I came back, the car was ready to go and the final sale/financing process was as easy as could be. One thing that particularly impressed me... Nick very quickly figured out that I had done my research. He didn't try to push something on me that I didn't need or want. He didn't waste my time explaining something that I already understood, but still made sure that I had all of my questions answered. It was very well done and I look forward to working with him again. More
