Absolutely fantastic customer service from Falcone Subaru. When I bought my new vehicle it was nice and easy. Everything was smooth as silk and Justin made my girlfriend and I felt very welcomed. He a Subaru. When I bought my new vehicle it was nice and easy. Everything was smooth as silk and Justin made my girlfriend and I felt very welcomed. He answered all my questions and we were off. Betsy was also a great source of information. I read the average person doesn't really hold any info when buying a car and about 14 days after would be when those questions come back up. That's where Betsy comes in, she helped with any questions I needed answered, either forgot it or didn't remember. Her zoom meeting with me was very helpful and I recommend any new car owner to take advantage of the love encore program. Thank you Justin and Betsy. More
