Betsy Taylor assisted me with a courtesy delivery of a fleet vehicle. She was totally prepared for my appointment time and all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. In less than 5 minutes we were o fleet vehicle. She was totally prepared for my appointment time and all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. In less than 5 minutes we were out the door and at the vehicle. Her service didn't end there. Despite being a previous Subaru driver, she guided me through all of the setup functions and explained the differences between the new vehicle and the vehicle that I had been driving previously. I was very pleased with her preparation for, and execution of the transaction. Very impressed! More
