Our relationship with Falcone Subaru started in late June. We were on our way to the airport for a needed vacation. About 2 miles from the airport our Outback started driving very roughly. We made it to the parking garage, by the grace of God , parked it , left the key and parking garage ticket above the sun visor . I knew there was no way it was going to get stolen and if they did , they sure wouldn’t get far. Anyway, I looked online to see who was the closest Subaru dealer and luckily for us it was Falcone. I called the dealership hoping they could help. We had 2 hours before our flight left so was trying to get things taken care of. The service rep I spoke to was Tony . He was so helpful. Now please keep in mind that We have never dealt with this dealership and they had no idea who I was. Tony took care of finding a towing company for me and would get the car in within the next day or two to see what was wrong. Tony and I spoke most every day while I was out west. The news was not good so we just decided to buy a new one when we got home. Tony , John and Jason were so so very helpful. We decided which Outback we wanted online, None of these men had ever met me before, didn’t know if I was just full of BS or know if I would even pick up my Outback they had towed there and worked on. These men and this dealership went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When we returned home we were able to get initial paperwork filled out for the 0% interest special, we were given a loaner car for the evening and came back the next morning to get everything else taken care of and into our new Outback. Please keep in mind our old Outback was a 2010 and had 221,000 miles on it. We definitely had gotten our money’s worth out of it. We also were introduced to the owner while we were. Falcone will be our dealership of choice from now on . Superb customer service. SUPERB. More
