Despite scheduling purposes, they were able to met us in the middle to schedule a closing/selling date. We were in a bit of a difficult spot with regards to transportation, and Ales Moffett and his team were able to make it happen. They provided a test drive that allowed myself and my wife to adjust to the new safe ride that we needed in these times. It wasn't their standard test drive, but they made it seem like it was their normal. The amount of understanding they showed, as well as their courtesy was unmatched. I've bought a Subaru before from another dealer, and they were quite more open to fulfilling the needs of the customer over their needs of a sale/dealership.
