The guys at Falcone are beyond great to work with. Went in to test drive some vehicles and ended up buying one that I thought I loved, only to realize a few days later that I was not very comfortable in th in to test drive some vehicles and ended up buying one that I thought I loved, only to realize a few days later that I was not very comfortable in that particular model (I’m a bigger guy and the seats were a little small) I thought I was screwed and would be stuck with this car for a while, but I went ahead and called my salesman Gene to explain what was wrong and ask what my options were. He called me back very quickly,and after speaking with the Owner Bob, told me to come back in to see if there were any other vehicles that would be more comfortable. I went in and drove a few more models and found my new (very comfortable) VW Tiguan. Everyone, from my salesman Gene to the owner Bob, made me feel at ease during my car buying experience. There were no pushy sales tactics or gimmicks. At the end of the day they went above and beyond my expectations. When I had an issue with my fist purchase they could have easily just said “that’s too bad” I don’t know of any other dealership I’ve been to that would have unwound a done deal. I can’t thank everyone I worked with at Falcone Subaru/Volkswagen enough for their understanding and willingness to do the right thing.
