We had just started talking about replacing my car and wanted to get an idea of what was available. Matt was very open with my husband about prices, new vs used, and what our options might be. A few months later, when we were ready to buy, we made a point to go back and work with Matt because he had made such a great first impression in that initial conversation. That first impression bore out -- throughout all of our interactions with Matt, he was excellent to work with. He talked with us about different add-on options and their costs at different levels, even pointing out that certain services would be cheaper per year to buy for a shorter (renewable) number of years. We never once felt like he was trying to "upsell" us. He was helpful when I had to bring my toddler in with me to test drive the car, switching the car seat for me and helping to keep the little one occupied. And he was very friendly and personable at every visit (not just Matt, but everybody that we encountered at Falcone), with us and with our toddler. Working with him was great, and we'll definitely go back to him the next time we're in the market for a car! More
