I wanted to get back into an SUV and, coincidentally both my daughter and a co-worker got Tiguans several months before my lease was ending. I began comparing the brand new Honda Passport, the CR-V and the Tiguan - features, appearance, and price. Understandably nervous about making the switch from Honda (I’ve owned or leased 7 of them) I stopped in to the Falcone showroom for a quick look. (I should add that there is another VW dealership nearer to my home but My daughter had raved about the great service she received at Falcone) I can’t say enough about how pleasant and easy to work with every single person I spoke to was. Customer Service is the Best in Indianapolis! 2014 Subaru Outback was brought in due to recall of passenger front airbag. He was so friendly, took time to understand exactly what I was looking for, set expectations, and most importantly didn’t pressure me toward any specific vehicle. I like how they ask you what you’re looking for, features, price, etc., and they find it for you rather than getting something and pressing you buy it. The latter route was my previous experiment at a larger dealership with a sales rep who was very pushy and pressured me. Matt was totally open and Honest with me rather than trying to make it seem like he was getting a special from his manager. On pickup day, the car was parked right out front and all of the paperwork was ready to be signed. Everyone was so friendly and professional and as a young female, I found this dealer and especially Matt as my rep, so refreshing to work with. More
