I was shocked at the no pressure-here's our product here's the pluses and the deals if you wanna but great if not that's fine too attitude at the dealer. John layed out all the scenarios and found the best that fit us. Gary the used car appraiser was great too he valued our trade and was very explanatory on why it appraised at what it did and what websites would appraise it at. All in all a great experience.
