What a FABULOUS car leasing experience! We stopped in at Falcone Subaru on a whim one Saturday morning to see if we could test drive a 2019 Subaru Forester Sport. Justin Poynter (sales consultant) asked us if we needed any help and we told him what we were there to do and that there was no rush if he was busy. While he was working with other customers, Justin still fit in the time to talk to us and get us in a Forester to test drive. No one at the dealership that day was pushy like so many dealerships tend to be. It was quite refreshing. They did not have a Forester Sport on the lot with the options I wanted, but Justin located a few at a dealership in OH. Justin kept me in the loop throughout the "transport" process (which only was a couple of days). The paperwork process was just as smooth with Jon Wilson in finance. Jon was very personable, explained things clearly and we were in and out of the office in a decent amount of time. Justin then took the time to go over everything in the vehicle and set things up. It was very helpful for a first time Subie owner. I cannot say enough great things about Falcone Subaru, Justin and Jon. A huge thank you and shout out to both of them and Falcone Subaru in general.
