I believe Steve offered me a price that would be difficult to beat. Meanwhile, Bob Falcone (the owner) personally came in with an offer for my trade-in. He explained the pricing routine for trade-ins then promptly offered me more. Unknown to Mr Falcone, he had met my minimum trade-in price. This meant I had gotten a the deal that I wanted without any haggling. Very fast and very painless negation. More
