I called on Tuesday evening about an engine misfire in my Passat with 230,000+ miles on it...Steve said he would try to have someone take a look a I called on Tuesday evening about an engine misfire in my Passat with 230,000+ miles on it...Steve said he would try to have someone take a look at the issue on Wednesday. I dropped off the car on Wednesday morning...it turned out to be a fairly simple fix (new dipstick) and the car was ready to go by 3 PM on Wednesday.
