In this case, the strut mechanism was leaking, and not only making a mess, but also causing quite a rattle in the front of the car. After discussion with the folks at Falcone, we decided it was worth the expense to go ahead with this repair. We felt comfortable and confident with the people we discussed the situation with. And, the repair seems to have solved the problem. No noise, no leaks on the garage floor. More

She really knows these cars and the other potential options involving other brands and gives great, reliable advice. She does not use any annoying high pressure tactics and you can trust what she is telling you. She will make sure you get the car you want and does not waste your time. The business transaction and service side of the business also does a great job. Finally, I really appreciate that this dealership does not add garage fees to your purchase. Most other dealers in town do this. So watch for that. Overall, a really great experience. More

Anyway, He hooked me up with Bert Nickelsberg who was super honest and very helpful with all the details about the Subaru Outbacks. I went to a couple of other dealerships before coming right on back to Falcone to buy my Beautiful 2018 Twilight Blue Metallic Subaru Outback (which Bert found for me as it was not on their lot.) Jon Wilson worked out all the financial details and got my on the road. I will always appreciate the exceptional customer service and genuine kindness of those I worked with at Falcone Subaru. Outstanding Performance Compared To Other Dealers My Car Buying Experience: I had done my due diligence and checked out other dealers. They told me they did not have any inventory on what I wanted My Car Buying Experience: I had done my due diligence and checked out other dealers. They told me they did not have any inventory on what I wanted and Subaru's were selling just that fast. Their prices were high and they told me they are not very negotiable. That told me I really did not want to do business with them. I even checked out a dealer I have purchased now 3 cars with and they had 1 used Subaru that turned out to not what I really wanted. They though were not willing to work with me on getting me in that car. I called Falcone and got in touch with Alex Moffitt. I told Alex what I wanted and right away he had options. He promptly sent me an email with options. Ironically the other dealer finally sent me an email on a car I told them I did not want a day late. Alex and I talked further and I came to look at cars and some options. We came to a conclusion on the car purchase that I think was fair for both of us. Falcone stands behind the no hassle program. I feel like they wanted to do business with me and not act like they were so stand offish and too good to make me feel like a customer. I am in sales and they treated me like I treat my customers. I will recommend future clients to Alex. More
