I really appreciate the honesty in letting me know that I didn't need the alignment. Falcone Service is an honest service dealer. Unfortunately, that's not true for many repair shops. However,and thank goodness, he ran a complete inspection of the vehicle, which they always due at no charge to the customer, and found some important safety issues with the car that needed to be addressed in the near future. Very important! And on top of it all, I got a free car wash. Can't do any better than that. Thank you Falcone and especially Steve Halloran who has always been there for me. Thanks Steve! More

First, and foremost, I must say that my dealings with the Falcone Subaru dealership have been a privilege as well as a pleasure. I have NEVER dealt with a finer more decent car dealership. A dealership that I actually look forward to going into for whatever reason. Falcone Subaru has gone well above and beyond to meet my wishes. I have owned several luxury vehicles. My physical needs are changing as far as the ease I need in getting in and out of a vehicle. I had the time available to check out multiple makes, models and dealedships. I test drove about everything and I soon realized that I needed a moderate sized SUV. I went online to check the professional reviews and the Subaru Forester took 1st place. I feel that I'm a fairly easy person to deal with. As far as my dealings with all of the other dealerships, none could compete with Falcone Subaru. I am a member of the Costco Wholesale Club. Falcone is your Costco Subaru contact in Indianapolis. I made a call and spoke to sales associate Justin Poytner. Well, I hit the Jackpot! Not only is Justin a gentleman, but it was clear that I was being treated fairly. This was paramount to me since I am a woman on my own in a car situation. Justin did not try to pressure me into a vehicle that I did not need nor a vehicle I could not afford. Now, we come to the test drive. it was a very pleasant surprise that the Forester proved to be an extremely soft and smooth ride. I had hoped that my next vehicle would be one that I really liked. Well, I LOVE my Subaru Forester in Quartz Blue. I have not named a vehicle in the past 25 years. I am now driving Bluebelle! I hope that I can live several more years just so I can drive Bluebelle! When I went into sign the check and pick her up I had the down payment and the monthly payment I needed. This deal was more than fair and completely hassle free. Everyone there seems genuinely kind, transparent with no agenda, and they seem to enjoy their work. I met with Steve once, Justin once, and then Matt, who happened to sell me the Forester. We also discussed our wish list for optional service packages. No pressure just explanations and costs - our decisions. We arrived to pick up the vehicle at the appointment time, the vehicle was ready - clean, and ready to go. Jon had all the paperwork ready for signature. Justin went into great detail to explain the new systems and how they work. It was a big help to us. Justin has been available to help with a few questions - lots to absorb.
