Efficient and courteous I came into the dealership having done some background research, and knew that I wanted to purchase a Crosstrek, likely a white Crosstrek, and wanted I came into the dealership having done some background research, and knew that I wanted to purchase a Crosstrek, likely a white Crosstrek, and wanted to test drive a few different versions. Your sales rep was courteous and efficient, and allowed my husband and I to test drive a Limited and a Premium version of the Crosstrek, and pointed out the main differences between them, explained the features common to both and how to use them (Eyesight, cruise control, etc), and helped me out with the Android auto feature. After I decided to purchase the Limited, the person dealing with financing was competent and efficient, explaining the various warranties and their benefits, etc. Nice job all around! More

After a couple of hours the first visit, with the test drive and questions we needed to cut it short. We asked if we could come back tomorrow-Matt never questioned it, just said sure no problem. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the features on the various models we looked at and was very helpful explaining the way a lease works. Jon Wilson did our lease paperwork, he also was very helpful explaining the multitude of paperwork we were signing!! The person who did the appraisal on our trade-I believe it was Gary(although not sure) was also great. I felt he was very fair in the price given for our trade. More

Outstanding Service Needed to replace a tire on my new CC. I anticipated having to drop the tire off and return later to pick up. Best experience for car purchase Matt was great at helping me select my Subaru CrossTrek vehicle. Was originally going to head to Subaru dealership next to the Subaru plant in Lafayet Matt was great at helping me select my Subaru CrossTrek vehicle. Was originally going to head to Subaru dealership next to the Subaru plant in Lafayette. Was warned by family member who works at the plant of extremely long service times. As an alternate decided to go to Falcone first. Did not need to check out a 2nd dealership, loved the no pressure sales and no dealership fees. I went in one week getting details on various packages with prices and was told I was free to check out other dealerships. Contacted Matt three days later for a vehicle and it was ready for pickup the next Saturday. More
