This is our fifth new VW lease since 2010 (with the last two Jettas being from Falcone. As before, they were flat out the best deal, making sure we received every credit available, and as before, with impeccable service. We had only a few days to locate the right car, before a trip and there were a few small items to take care of. Chase and ream handled them all perfectly. Chase, Mo, Josh were all terrific. Highly reccomend Falcone for your next VW, Suburu or motorcycle. More

Great job My car had multiple warning lights come on and began running quite roughly all of a sudden. Then, later it wouldn't start. I had it towed to your dealership close to closing time on a Tuesday. I got a call with a diagnosis the next morning and it was ready to go that same day. I certainly appreciate the quick turn around time although I understand that's not always possible. I haven't dealt with many of your staff but those I've encountered were friendly and professional. Prices for services can never be low enough but I was stunned to learn the hard way your oil change price was so much less than that of Jiffy Lube. Almost half of what I'd been paid there in fact. I'll never go back to JL! And I certainly appreciate the complimentary car wash. Great job. More

Steve Halloran, the service writer, welcomed me as soon as I walked in, found my record immediately and explained what the 10K service entailed. He accepted the coupon I was given for the free service and showed me the service lounge areas. The work was done within the time estimated and the car was returned to me freshly washed. I'll be back. I have not used dealer services regularly in the past, but this was pleasant and efficient. More

Fast, considerate, no-pressure professionals that care! I called and was greeted by Tiffany, that took down my information, matching it to the e-mail I'd made minutes earlier. Nick got back with me and had a price in just a few minutes. The car was ready the following day and Nick had everything ready to go. We filled out some paperwork and agreed to the appraisal (better # than Rohrman Subaru). Gary had helped us find Nick when we first arrived and he was aggressive with the appraisal. Nick moved the plates over on our car and took the time to recognize that I had stainless bolts and moved them without adding the Falcone plate frame. He removed the Falcone Sticker....just because he could tell that I was the kind of guy that likes the car to look as clean as possible without advertisements. Moe made the finance signing process as fast as possible and knew his stuff! The experience was awesome. I told Bob Falcone what a pleasure it was. I subsequently requested that Nick mail me a decal so that I can advertise for Falcone. Such a refreshing experience to never hear.."let me check with my manager." More
