Exceeded Expectations! Bert Nickelsberg went out of his way to be helpful. We first started talking to Bert in 2014 about replacing our well used 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Bert Nickelsberg went out of his way to be helpful. We first started talking to Bert in 2014 about replacing our well used 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee (had since new) with a Subaru. We probably were not the easiest customer to deal with. We had lots of questions and concerns. Bert stuck with us throughout the whole journey. In March of 2016 we purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6R. Jon Wilson in the Finance department explained our best options and was very helpful. Bert and the Flacone team really treated us well. Next up we will replace our VW-- It still has many trips around the block left but when it is time we will look forward to working wit Bert and the Falcone team again. More
