Respectful, Pleasant and Peaceful This was the most respectful, pleasant and peaceful dealership I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years acr This was the most respectful, pleasant and peaceful dealership I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years across the country (Indiana, California and North Carolina) and even in Japan. I went to Falcone Volkswagen Subaru & Saab to look at a 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ. When I pulled in I was expecting to be hounded like at many dealerships, however it was completely the opposite. I was able to look at the car for approximately 10 minutes without being bothered. After I was done, I walked inside and was greeted with the upmost respect I have ever had at a dealership. I was brutally honest with the sales representative and told him "as a Medically Discharged Veteran I don't have a lot of money and I can't afford a payment because I'm also a single father with custody of my daughters." The sales representative and I talked for about 15 minutes to try and come up with some solutions on the car. After the time we talked he made a phone call. Mr. Falcone came to the office and the three of us talked and came up with a solution. The sales representative could have been like most in this state and nationwide and laughed at me like the others did but he didn't. They (Mr. Fitzgerald and Mr. Falcone) were very sincere, very respectful and very understanding of my situation. This dealership deserves more than 5 stars for a rating but I can't add more stars, but I can tell you they have earned my respect and future business. Awesome people! They were great to work with! I have high expectations anyway since I've been in the car business for 10+ yrs. Started by seeing the car on Autotrad They were great to work with! I have high expectations anyway since I've been in the car business for 10+ yrs. Started by seeing the car on Autotrader. Sent an email thru autotrader and was answered quickly by Angie. I live over 3 hours away and wanted to work numbers before driving that far. She emailed back and forth with me answering all the questions I had asked and worked out the numbers for me. We agreed on price and trade value thru email and I came in a few days later to finish up paperwork. Chase the sales manager there was great too. Really laid back atmosphere which I really like. Will come back if I ever need another VW. More

16th Bday a success thanks to Falcone! I hate to admit it but I am a frequent car shopper/buyer, however this was my 1st with Falcone. I spotted a Jetta on-line and my experience from the initial phone call and meeting with Angie Aldridge and Bob Falcone, to Tiffany Compton and Darcy Falcone playing the act to surprise my daughter on her 16th well exceeded any expectations or past experiences. It truly had a family feel from the start and they went above and beyond to make a fun experience for my daughter and family – from the beautiful car wrapped in a bow; the academy award acting roles of Tiffany and Darcy; and ultimately a daughter with a smile she has still yet to wipe off. Pleasant Experience I needed a new key made for my Subaru. Brady O'Cull was great to work with, even finding someone to have the key cut there in the service department I needed a new key made for my Subaru.
