It’s the best VW dealership in Indiana! My husband and I always have been given outstanding customer service! We started out with routine service on our Tiguan then ended up trading it in for a new Passa always have been given outstanding customer service! Bert was my salesman and he was wonderful. I ordered my car and he kept me informed on its progress. When I picked it up, he explained most of the functions and encouraged me to follow up with questions i car and he kept me informed on its progress. When I picked it up, he explained most of the functions and encouraged me to follow up with questions in the next couple of weeks. He also followed up contacting me to make sure everything was going well. I ordered a dog ramp which came in within a week. I am so delighted with the vehicle and that was only enhanced by the great service I received. They have a permanent customer. More
