I took my truck in for an oil change to the Quick Lane. I dropped if off with Tomas Aguilar. He was friendly and took care of me right away. He gave me his card and called me when my truck was ready. Great customer service but still over a 2 hour wait and wish they would tell me recommendations during oil change not after they bring my vehicle. wish they would tell me recommendations during oil change not after they bring my vehicle. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Spikes Ford, and while my salesman was outstanding, the finance manager’s conduct was shockingly unethical and completely unacceptable. From the moment I sat down, while my salesman was outstanding, the finance manager’s conduct was shockingly unethical and completely unacceptable. From the moment I sat down, he used aggressive, high-pressure tactics that felt more like a scam than a legitimate transaction. He outright lied, telling me I was REQUIRED to purchase both an extended warranty and GAP insurance in order to secure financing approval. This is not only misleading — it’s dangerously close to illegal. When I challenged his false claims, our discussion quickly escalated. I walked out of his office when he would not budge, furious at his blatant dishonesty. Moments later, I ran into an acquaintance who works at the dealership. Within minutes, I learned the truth: I was never required to buy either the warranty or the GAP coverage. This wasn’t just an attempt to upsell — it was a deliberate effort to deceive. I’m deeply concerned about how many unsuspecting customers have fallen victim to these same tactics, especially those unaware of their consumer rights. Ford — and this dealership — must take immediate action. Behavior like this destroys trust, damages your reputation, and has no place in a business that claims to value its customers. I will never return to this dealership and make clear that my circle of family and friends do not either. More
